Often refined in small Slavonian oak barriques to further refine its organoleptic complexity, the Passito “Arianna” is born from the vinification of Chardonnay grapes harvested late and dried with a patient wait on naturally ventilated racks. With a golden color with amber reflections, "Arianna" is characterized by an intense and persistent aroma and a bouquet rich in nuances where hints of vanilla, acacia honey and dried fruit stand out.
