Harvest: manual, first ten days of October.

Can accompany tuna mousse, octopus salad, spaghetti with sea urchins, pilaf rice with prawns, seafood, baked sea bream, scorfano all'acqua pazza.

Service Temperature: 8-10°C.

Alcohol Content: 12.5% vol.
