Riviera del Garda Classico DOC Chiaretto

Vineyard System: Simple arch.

Vinification: Maceration of whole grapes for 5 hours at a low temperature, pressing and alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature. Malolactic fermentation not carried out. Short ageing period, partly carried out in bottle.

Production Area: Lonato - Brescia.

Ground Constitution: The Morainic Hills were formed during the Quaternary period, characterized by fertile soils of clay and fi ne gravel.

Production Per Hectare: 120 quintals of grapes.

Harvest: Manual, in September.

: Ideal to match with meat and fi sh dishes, pizza and charcuterie.

Serving Temperature: 8-10°C
