SAN VEROLO BIANCO

Bright golden yellow. Aromas of ripe tropical fruit; banana, pineapple, lychee and mango, and notes of honey, caramel and toffee candy. A pinch of star anise gives the sensation of freshness. The wine has a good structure and is balanced on the palate.

Aromatic Traminer (80%), Chardonnay (20%)
Technique: The grapes are harvested in the early hours of the morning, once they are slightly overripe. Without pressing, the whole grapes are put into the press, obtaining a clear must. The fermentation is done at a low temperature (13 C°). The wine is racked and aged on its yeasts for 6 months with 'batonnage' every 10-12 days. After that, the wine stays in steel in its raw state. Once bottled, the wine continues its final evolution.

Analytical data: Residual sugars: 0,6 g/l. Total acidity: 4,9 g/l. Total sulphur dioxide: 128 mg/l.
