La Guarda: "Rismì Bianco”
The Rismì Bianco wine comes from the white grapes traditionally grown in Valtènesi (Riesling and Chardonnay). Its flavour is slightly spiced, fresh and fruity; its colour is light straw yellow with greenish undertones. This is the typical colour obtained from the crushing of full-bodied grapes.
