Lugana DOC Gocce d’oro

Vineyard System: Simple arch.

Vinification: Soft pressing, fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks with ageing on the lees. Malolactic fermentation not carried out.

Production Area: Pozzolengo - Brescia

Ground Constitution: The grapes are produced in a single parcel, from a vineyard exposed east-west and irradiated by sunlight for the entire day. The Turbiana, in these particular pedoclimatic conditions, reaches perfect ripeness and the grape acquires a golden colour.

Production Per Hectare: 120 quintals of grapes.

Harvest: Manually, in September

Perfect with first courses and white meat, it is also very good with fi sh dishes and fresh cheeses.

Alcohol Content: 12,5%
