Technique: Fermentation: at 15°C for 15 days in stainless steel 316 containers.  Refining method and period before bottling: 4 months in stainless steel tanks.

Production Area: Montemiletto, Irpinia, Campania.

Type of Soil: Medium mix, clay.

Exposure: East.

Altitude: 300 - 400m asl.

Grape Harvest: first half of October.

Age of Grapevines: 15 - 20 years.

Fish dishes, seafood spaghetti, fresh cheese and peppers.

Serving temperature: 8-10°C.
