Montellori Hill

Whole grape pressed without destemming.  Ageing takes place in steel tanks under controlled temperature. A portion of the grapes is submitted to cryomaceration for 12 hours before starting fermentation. This process gives the wine great structure and longevity.

Serve it as an aperitif and with fish or white meat dishes

Service temperature: 12°C
