Guyot and Cordon Rammed. Our vineyards are divided far away from each other so that each of them have different characteristics. The selected grapes come from all the vineyard areas to give the maximum expression of the territory where grapes have always been cultivated in the traditional Tuscany way. The fermentation and maceration are placed in stainless tanks in climate controlled rooms for 15 days at temperatures of 28 C. The malolactic fermentation also take place in the stainless tanks. Afterwards the wine is stored in concrete for 3-4 months before being bottled.
