Technique: Following soft pressing, the refinement of the product takes place in stainless steel tanks for about four months and in French oak barrels for two months.  Long cryomaceration with prolongation of the phase of maceration at low temperature for a few days.

Soil Type: Breeding and Espalier tree on sandy, volcanic soils arranged in small terraces. There are vast fluctuations in temperature from day to night.

Harvest: Manual harvest in early October. Vine age: 80 years. 

Versatile wine suited to roasted red and white meats, soups and stews.

Service Temperature: 18°C.

Alcohol Content: 12.5%
