Sangiovese, Merlot, Canaiolo.
Technique: Palmet, or fan pruning, with spring cluster thinning and organic farming methods without the use of pesticides and herbicides. This wine is the result of accurate carbonic maceration in rotary fermentation tanks followed by malolactic fermentation in stainless steel. After four years in oak casks and at least six months refinement in the bottle, the wine takes on a wonderful ruby red colour.
Production Area: Assisi, Umbria
Harvest: 6000 litres per hectare yield.
