It also goes well with white grilled or baked meat accompanied by light sauces. Finally, the Chardonnay is also a wonderful aperitif wine to serve with seasoned cheeses and jams. TASTE: A decidedly fresh and fine wine with soft sensations that gently recall moss and undergrowth and a distinctly fruity note. The aftertaste offers a pleasant mineral tone.
