Semi dry white wine. Light amber colour, shiny in the glass. The scent is initially shy with notes of tea with bergamot, white flower and apricot compote, and then opens up to a majestic and exciting taste. The palate delights us with dried apricot, honey, hints of pineapple and a vibrant and harmonious undertone of fresh bitter almonds, whilst maintaining an incredible freshness thanks to its acidity. Elegant white with structure.

Technique: Palmet, or fan pruning, with spring cluster thinning and organic farming methods without the use of pesticides and herbicides. Maceration on the skins for several days and fermented at controlled temperature. The AMARITA is a spectacular natural white that sees a maceration on the skins for several days, a maceration that gives it unrivalled power, depth and complexity. It comes from an experiment carried out on Semillon and Grechetto grapes, the gold standard white grape of Umbria. Only 2000 bottles were produced.
